Red Mist Racing Ltd.
Red Mist Racing was founded by Peter, Ruth, and Tim Tudor as a family hillclimb and sprint team based in Cornwall UK. Initially Peter Tudor began sprinting in a Caterham 7 1.6 Crossflow in the road
going sports car class, before upgrading the engine to a 1.8 Zetec prior to the 2002 season. During this period Ruth Tudor also began competition in a 998 cc Clan Crusader, which she still uses today. Two years after Ruth competed for the
first time, Tim Tudor entered his first event in the Clan Crusader before completing his road license. In 2003 Peter sold the Caterham and purchased the Force 11 nearing the end of the season. Peter competed in the Force for the
few remaining events that year, before Tim also switched to dual drive the Force in 2004. 2004 turned out to be the most successful year to date with Peter and Tim securing 3rd and 5th positions respectively in the ASWMC sprint championship,
with Tim also securing the ASWMC Under 21's championship. The 2005 season yielded varied success whilst Peter and Tim continued to drive the Force whilst Ruth showed significant improvement in the Clan Crusader. 2006 has continued the driver
development and has yielded some very satisfactory results along the way.
